Nothing. The Streamology Partner Program is free to join. You only earn commissions when your referrals convert into paying customers.

You earn 10% of Net Platform Revenue, which includes recurring fees from streams, playlists, hosted studio products, and fixed support or service agreements. Storage, bandwidth, data transfer, taxes, refunds, and other consumption-based or pass-through charges are not commissionable.

Commissions are paid for the entire duration of the customer's contract term, as long as the customer remains active and in good standing. There is no 12-month cap or expiration on your payouts.

Most applications are reviewed within two business days. We review every applicant manually to ensure quality and brand fit. Approved partners receive the Affiliate Agreement to sign before activation.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via direct deposit within 30 days of the month in which Streamology receives payment from the customer. U.S.-based partners receive a 1099 form automatically at year end.

Once you formally introduce a lead in writing, you have 12 months for that lead to convert into a paying customer and still receive commission credit. This longer window reflects the realistic enterprise sales cycles in our customer base.

If multiple partners materially contribute to a customer introduction, Streamology may allocate the 10% commission between contributors based on relative contribution. Total commission per customer never exceeds 10% of Net Platform Revenue.

Yes. Approved partners can register larger opportunities directly with our team. We coordinate sales calls, demos, and proposals while protecting your attribution. This is especially useful for municipality, university, and convention center deals.

Recurring commissions stop when a customer cancels their subscription or stops generating Net Platform Revenue. Failed payments, partial payments, or refunds proportionally reduce the commission for that period. You keep all commissions earned up to that point.

Standard restrictions apply: no bidding on Streamology branded keywords in paid search, no spam, no misleading claims, and no impersonation of the Streamology brand. The full Affiliate Agreement is provided during onboarding and includes confidentiality and non-circumvention provisions.
